Zuschmann-Schöfmann - Sauvignon Blanc Selektion 2019
Weinviertel | white , dry |
Smash from the world of Austrian Sauvignons.
The grapes come from the cooler loess and gravel sites in Schricker Bergen and are a selection of the best that the vineyards there have to offer. The wine was spontaneously fermented and aged in 500l oak barrels for one year.

Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann make wine since 2000 in the heart of the Austrian Weinviertel. In the village of Martinsdorf just about 20 minutes from Vienna, where they managed to find inner peace and balance. In addition to the vineyards, they take care of the shop with local specialties and also cozy apartments. The philosophy in the vineyard is difficult to separate from the attitude of life, so Else and Peter are involved in various initiatives and support organic production and development of the region.
