Bodega Clandestina

Ferran Lacruz from the village of Sant Marti Sarroca is our next discovery from Catalonia. Old vines, everything in organic mode, in the cellar without fining or filtration and of course with his own hands. 8 hectares of vineyards and flawless wines. Ferran does not add any sulfur as a matter of principle, and despite this (or precisely because of this), he manages to reflect central Penedés, i.e. the place from which he comes, in his wines better than many others.
