Fabio Ferracane

Fabio is a likeable guy who literally has winemaking in his blood. So, logically, his next steps led him to wine school, where he learned all about the biochemical processes important for wine production, but also realised that he himself had a slightly different perspective than the conventional one. His philosophy could be summed up in two words: Authenticity and terroir.
