Lulu Vigneron
Architect Ludwig Bindernagel, aka Lulu, comes from Bavaria and met his wife, flight attendant and excellent cook Nathalie Eigenschenk, in Paris.
But in 2003 they traded the big city for an idyllic life and work on a vineyard in Arlay in the Jura region. Ludwig supplemented his wine theory with distance learning, and his apprenticeship with Julien Labet, who inspired him to natural winemaking and convinced him that wine is not made in the cellar, but already in the vineyard. In addition to their excellent wine, the cordial couple are renowned for their hospitality and host many people each year at their house in Poligny, for whom Nathalie, once a finalist in the Masterchef competition, prepares breakfasts and dinners with wine pairings, cooking classes and truffle picking.
