Plenér

The vintage 2016 was first  for the Plenér Winery. Dominika Černohorská, a winemaker, and Ivo Marek orthodontist are behind the winery, which produces wines from the vineyards below Pálava. Two friends who decided to fulfill their dream.
They bought vineyards located on the southern and southeastern slopes on the limestone subsoil of Pálava. Most of them were planted around the year 2000. A year later, new vineyards began to be planted and process still continues.
