Dlúhé Grefty - Non Grata 2023
Mutěnice | orange, dry |
An orange bomb made from Pinot Gris and Traminer.
Apricots, peaches, acidity, and tannins. Grapes from Traminer and Pinot Gris were left on the skins for a full month, giving this wine a beautiful amber color and an incredibly complex character.

The first vineyard by Jaroslav Tesařík was planted in 2008, but since then, of course, a cellar has been added, as well as many minuscule vineyards, whether older planting or new. Jara makes wines with his family strictly naturally. In the vineyard he uses only preparates based on copper, sulfur and herbs. The grapes are always macerated on the skins, fermented spontaneously. His wines are made with skin contact, not clarified or filtered, and sulfites are used just occasionally before bottling. Wines usually age for a year in older wooden barrels. Jara's distinctive field blends are super-juicy and incredibly addictive.
