A fresh variant of Blauer Portugieser, which straight after fermentation in a stainless steel tank went into the bottle. The result is a highly quaffable wine with a nice acidity and pronounced fruitiness. A red wine to sparkle with at any party.

Tomáš is a real son of Mělník region, his family settled here several generations ago. You can meet his ancestors also on expressive labels of his wine. He started as an importer of wines many years ago and was influenced by few natural winemakers. His wines get better every vintage and the winery shows a lot of potential. Maceration on skins, aging in barrels or amphorae are typical traits of his playful production. All this happens on marl soil called opuka, typical for Mělník region north and northwest from Prague. It gives great saltiness to his wines! Tomáš works with Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Kerner, Dornfelder, Blauer Portugieser and Hibernal. Gotta try!
