2. Legal basis for processing personal data
2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or for taking pre-contractual measures at your request, according to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
2.2. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to the controller, according to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller or the implementation of measures taken by the controller prior to entering into such a contract.
3.2. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial communications and conduct other marketing activities by the controller towards you.
3.3. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making according to Article 22 of the Regulation.
4. Retention period of personal data
4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of rights and obligations arising from the contract, and further for the period necessary for archiving purposes in accordance with the relevant legally binding regulations, but not longer than the period prescribed by generally applicable legal regulations.
4.2. The period during which your personal data will be stored for sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities by the controller is 3 years, but not longer than until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data.
5. Other recipients of personal data
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data in the case of contract performance will be shipping companies and other individuals involved in the delivery of goods or the execution of payments based on the purchase contract. Other recipients of your personal data will be:

6. Data subject's rights
6.1. Under the conditions specified in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and further the right to data portability (performance of the contract).
6.2. In the case of sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities by the controller, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data granted to the controller at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been or is being violated by the controller, you have, among other rights, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. However, the provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract on the part of the controller.
6.5. Sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities
You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement necessary to conclude the contract.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if the profiling relates to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
