Mosel | white, dry |
Fresh, dry and mineral. That's how we like Riesling best.

Rudi and Rita Trossen are a couple, living in the village of Kinheim-Kindel in the middle part of Mosel region.
They grow Riesling and Pinot Noir in small vineyards, everything by rules of biodynamics. That's their view of life, responsibility and a way to act locally and think globally. When Rudi produced his first natural wines in 1978, many winemakers laughed at him, but he did not give up and eventually became one of the first recognized winemakers who shipped his natural wines to Noma, Mugaritz and other very best restaurants of the world. His Riesling (and not only Riesling) proved that even steep slopes of the Mosel are fit for natural approach. No herbicides, no heavy machinery and all in sync with nature.
