This Negroamaro is intense and incredibly complex. Dark fruits like plums and blackberries blend with spicy notes and a delicate hint of chocolate. The wine has a full structure that is balanced and elegant, with a long and unforgettable finish.
The winery, led by Pierantonio Fiorentino, was founded in 2014 in Galatina, in the heart of Salento. Since its inception, it has focused on organic production without chemicals and with minimal intervention to ensure that the wines best reflect their authenticity and purity. Under the Mediterranean sun and with a view of the rocky landscape, they breathe new life into traditional varieties such as Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Fiano.
The winery consists of two parts – one in the restoratively renovated Folonari factory, where wine was produced for all of Italy at the beginning of the 20th century, and the other in the historic Valle dell’Asso winery building from 1920. This unique combination of tradition and modern approach gives rise to wines that pay tribute to the local terroir.
