"We grew up in a vineyard, but we didn't originally plan to own a winery. We just enjoyed trying, discovering - and observing. We let the wines age freely, find their shape and show character. We try not to interfere. At the core are quality grapes, from healthy soil with flourishing life all around. You will find our vineyard in the middle of nowhere on the arid plains just outside Pálava. We have replanted the site where the wine was last grown 50 years ago and are growing varieties that match the character of the plain and belong on such a subsoil - Burgundies, Rieslings and Francs."
